  • Orders are dispatched within a few hours after confirmation.

  • COD Available: To confirm your order, only Rs 500 advance shipping charges are required. Pay the remaining amount to the rider at delivery. This advance is only to prevent fake orders and ensure timely dispatch.

Return & Exchange

  • Returns/exchanges for size or preference changes are not accepted.
  • Exchange is only allowed for manufacturing defects, delivery damage, or wrong item sent.
  • If you notice an issue when opening the package, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

If Defect is Confirmed

  1. Repair – For minor issues, we’ll repair and send it back.
  2. Replacement – We’ll send a new piece of the same model.
  3. Product Exchange – Choose another product of the same value from the site.
